RozetkaPay is a payment service that provides convenient, fast and reliable payment services both online and offline, and makes the purchase process simple and secure.

RozetkaPay is part of the EVO-Rozetka group of companies. The payment service was created on the basis of the country's most famous marketplaces, which are used by millions of Ukrainians.

Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Yakaboo and others.

Why the vacancy opened:

We plan to expand the functionality of the RozetkaPay financial solution to improve the purchase process on our sites and make it safer. Along with this, we continue to develop our Online Onboarding product, which implements the KYC mechanics in terms of attracting new merchants and creating entities and their settings within our ecosystem.

In this position, it will definitely not be boring, but there will be an opportunity to build and influence the product that you will use yourself.

What is important for this role:

• experience of 2 years or more in IT projects in the role of product manager or business/system analyst;
• having practical experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing the requirements of the customer or business users, as well as writing, agreeing and managing the life cycle of technical documentation for the product;
• understanding of approaches and practices for building KYC processes and products (online customer registration, following the flow of creating new entities, etc.)
• knowledge of standards and practices for building IT services;
• confident knowledge of UML notation, BPMN, supporting tools Jira, Confluence, etc.;
• knowledge of project management: building a product development roadmap, RACI matrix, facilitating work meetings, managing a development team, etc.;
• the ability and desire to deal with new requirements and to find options for dealing with limitations.

Tasks:

• study and analyze the current architecture and the interaction of existing services among themselves;
• analysis of customer needs, possible limitations and finding the optimal solution architecture, including coordination of solutions and requirements with interested parties within the company or external partners;
• assessment of project documentation or business requirements from the customer;
• design of technical solutions and transformation of business requirements into an example of a problem for the development team (compatible with the team);
• coordination of plans, protocols of integration, client testing, responsible for the organization of testing (compatible with QA Lead);
• preparation of product documentation and instructions for the use of new functionality by internal departments or teams.
