Product Manager (Logistic, Tracking) in Nova poshta, TOV

Main Responsibilities: Development of the Company's products related to delivery for physical customers. participation in the development of processes; coordination of business and organizational and legal work of the product in the company; customer testing, assessment of product satisfaction (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map (Service Design methodology); participation in the preparation and implementation of internal materials (instructions, rules, etc.) ; Participation in the preparation of training materials (including participation in the formation of commercial offers); Analysis of commercial product indicators; Participation in negotiations with business clients on connecting products; Participation in the formation of a product promotion and product sales strategy. in the market of logistics services, knowledge of the main market players. Work experience in the position of product manager/product owner/brand manager from 2 years; Confident project work skills (launch of new products); IT skills (description of business requirements for changes, SCRUM work , knowledge of JIRA, testing the operation of information systems and client processes); Marketing skills (business orientation, mastery of communication tools with clients: Service design, NPS, CSI, focus groups, conducting business interviews, webinars); Experience in the field of services (financial and technical companies/banks, telecommunications, online retail, IT); English language — at a level that will allow negotiations with business clients and partners; Availability of a portfolio of launched products/projects.
