Product Manager (landing page) in Galaktica

We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like our core product, is 4+ years old. This product is monetized and profitable, which allows us to grow and develop employees, scale and invest in new internal startups. We are currently launching a new direction within our marketing department, for which we are looking for a Product Manager. The main goal of your work will be improving conversion rates on landing pages and landing pages for paid (Google, FB, etc.) and organic traffic. You will create new landing pages from scratch and optimize the ones that are already in use. They should be clear, fast and give the user all the necessary information about the product he is signing up for.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• You have at least 2 years of experience managing the development, promotion and analysis of sites, landing pages;
• You have analyzed and optimized sales funnels or landing pages;
• li>Created event maps and analyzed user actions on the site;
• Able to conduct and analyze the results of A/B tests;
• Deeply understand UI/UX (colors, texts, photos, elements management) affects user behavior;
• You understand the psychology of establishing rapport with the user;
• You have used Hotjar, Clarity, GA4, GTM or analogues of these services in your work;
• Have basic marketing and product metrics.

It will also be a big plus if you have:

< li>Worked with Webflow/WIX/Tilda/Frame etc;
• Have experience in setting up interactive elements and working with WordPress or similar.

What will be included in your duties:

• Analyze and optimize existing landings and pre-landings;
• Create new high-converting landings;
• You will monitor competitors' landing pages, their best practices and work mechanics;
• You will set up analytics that will help you get solid data on important indicators;
• You will prepare documents with a task plan for optimizing each type of page . Determine the priority hypotheses for improving the landing page interface;
• Engage with setting up A/B test of hypotheses;
• Analyze the data based on the results of A/B testing for the previous month and draw conclusions (for the second month of the second stage , when the data for the first optimized page will be collected);
• You will develop reports based on the results of the page optimization.
