Main duties:
- Formation and development of the product "Receive and send at points" on a horizon of 6-12 months.
- Responsibility for end-to-end customer experience in branches: arrival > check-in > waiting > issuing / receiving > after-service.
- Management of the full cycle of Discovery > Delivery > Launch for point services.
- Analysis of customer needs, operational processes in points, queues, bottlenecks and support requests.
- Benchmarking and analysis of competitors and alternative channels (shops, PUDO, Courier, Offline Retail).
- Work closely with branch operations teams, IT, UX/UI, finance and training units.
- Responsible for financial and product metrics of the points product: revenue and revenue per branch / customer; the number of shipments and receipts; average check; average service time; % of operations without errors; service SLA; CSI / NPS; WISMO.
- Launching pilots and experiments (new scenarios, digital point solutions, A/B tests).
- Preparation and defense of product initiatives to management and key stakeholders.
- Post-lease analysis, gathering insights from operational teams and customers
Requirements for the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Product Manager (digital products or physical services).
- Practical experience with customer flows (CJM, user flows) and their optimization.
- Understanding last-mile logistics or services with physical points of interaction (departments, PUDO, retail, delivery).
- Experience of working with product analytics: KPI, funnels, cohorts, conversion, SLA.
- Ability to form user stories, acceptance criteria, work with product backlog.
- Experience of cross-functional interaction with IT, UX/UI, operational and support teams.
- Confident command Jira / Confluence.
- System thinking, focus on customer experience and measurable results.
