Product Manager (Internet acquiring) in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Developing and maintaining a clear vision and strategy for the LiqPay product
• Product Backlog Management:
  • Creating, clearly expressing and prioritizing backlog elements (User Stories, Epics, Tasks) to ensure maximum value of the Scrum team's output
  • Ensuring transparency and understanding of the backlog by all stakeholders and the Scrum team
  • Conducting regular Backlog Refinement meetings together with the development team
• Collecting, analyzing and verifying business requirements, coordinating priorities and expectations with interested parties (Stakeholders)
• Researching the market, user needs, new technologies and solutions to identify opportunities for service improvement internet acquiring
• Close cooperation with the Scrum Master and the development team; active participation in all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Management of the process of implementation and implementation of new payment products and innovative Internet acquiring services
• Analysis of the results of the implementation of solutions and implementation of personal KPIs; launch and support of Internet acquisition development projects

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economic or Information technology, computer science or related disciplines)
• 1+ year of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in the financial field or e-commerce
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in managing the product backlog and working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in gathering, analyzing and requirements checks, writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Practical experience in creating quality backlog elements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services in the part of acquiring or other products for business clients
• Knowledge of trends in the field of e-commerce, requirements and rules of payment systems and payment systems legislation
• In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework (all roactivities and artifacts) and a deep understanding of Agile principles
• Ability to create and clearly communicate the vision, product strategy and effectively manage backlog priorities
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Highly developed analytical skills, ability to quickly assess problems and find optimal solutions; knowledge of the basics of business analysis to work with requirements
• Skills in the implementation, development and promotion of acquiring products, Internet acquiring or corporate products in the Bank
• Aspiration to implement the latest approaches and technologies
• Confident command of Google services and project management tools (for example, Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of the English language at the level Pre-Intermediate (A2/B1)
