The financial company “NovaPay” (NOVA group of companies) is looking for a  Product manager for an international project.

Requirements:

• Experience in the retail/financial business of a bank/fintech/financial company in the EU for at least 2 years
• Experience in the implementation of financial products through the formation of business requirements in the description of technical tasks;
• Experience in collecting requirements from customers of various levels and competencies, experience in productive interviews and drafting detailed follow-ups;
• Experience in modeling and visualization of business processes
• Experience working in teams implementing large-scale technological solutions (web/MobApp);
• Experience working in several areas of product development at the same time
• Experience in developing product strategies
• Experience in managing product requirements and functionality
  English (upper intermediate);
• Understanding of services from service providers for fintechs (banks and non-banking institutions);
• Understanding the products of European fintechs multicurrency account, payments SEPA & SWIFT, money remittance, FX products and related transactions from the balance on accounts in the company;
• Knowledge of the basics of the architecture, organization and functioning of modern fintech products, understanding the mechanisms of product construction.
• Principles of business process mapping
• Understanding of the product life cycle from idea to implementation
  Tasks:
• Product roadmap support;
• Market research and trend analysis
• Development, implementation, management of product strategies
• Writing product requirements, functional specifications, description and visualization of high-level business processes
• Drawing up a map of products
• Support of integrations with partners, coordination of project implementation according to the product roadmap;
• Analysis of partner documents (ARI tech specs, sandbox) together with IT ensuring the achievement of business requirements;
• In cooperation with the process manager — development and approval of regulatory documents: standards, technological maps, template role models, user instructions;
  Support communication between other teams — explanation of business requirements, business processes and product concepts Update of formed product tasks according to product development;
• Formation of requirements in the form of diagrams, schemes and descriptions according to which IT develops updates for optimization/modification of products
• Coordination of product launch and promotion
• Monitoring and analysis of product indicators
