Product Manager (instant lotteries) in UNL / Ukrayinska Nacionalna Lotereya

The UKRAINIAN NATIONAL LOTTERY company is the leading Ukrainian operator of national lotteries since 1997. Despite the difficult period, we are developing and supporting the country's economy. We are looking for an energetic and motivated candidate for the position of Instant Lottery Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization of the tacking of instant lottery projects that will ensure winnings for our customers. Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of strategy for instant lottery projects; Defining goals and planning of instant lottery campaigns; Coordination of work with internal and external stakeholders; Preparation of employee training materials; Formation, implementation and support of the launch of new products of instant lotteries; Development of supporting documentation of the department, including technical tasks for production; Regular analysis of key indicators for all products of the direction, research of customer experience and identification of areas for development; Monitoring of the competitive environment and analysis of new trends in the lottery industry. Requirements: Higher education; Knowledge English at the Intermediate level (B1, B2); Experience in the field of retail or project management for at least 1 year; Knowledge of modern methods and principles of sales, features of work in the B2B segment; High level of MS Office skills (Word, Excel (formulas, functions, summary tables ), Power Point, Outlook); Ability to plan and manage project budgets; High communication skills and teamwork skills; Knowledge of the lottery market and industry trends will be an advantage; Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; Ability to work in conditions of a high pace of change.
