Product manager in the agricultural machinery category

Requirements:

• work experience as a product manager in a field related to technical
• personal sales experience (preferred)
• negotiation with both buyers and suppliers
• technical mindset
• analytical skills market
• experience of bringing new products to the market (preferred)
• experience of organizing and conducting demonstration events (preferred)
• experience of creating informational or educational materials (preferred)< /li>
• ability to learn quickly
• proficiency in English (advantage)
• availability of category "B" license, driving experience of 2 years or more
• readiness to business trips

Responsibilities:

• market analysis of the equipment category for which he will be responsible:

- analysis of market capacity by groups of machines

- analysis of competitors; comparison of technical and technological parameters, price offers

- advantages and disadvantages

• formation of a competitive and liquid assortment in the category
• preparation of recommendations regarding the price policy in the category
• negotiations with partners, conclusion of contracts, formation of orders, support and control over the implementation of agreements in full
• preparation of information materials for the product sales department
• participation in the assessment of product knowledge by employees of the sales department
• participation in the training of employees of the sales department
• participation in the development, budgeting of marketing activities and ensuring their implementation
