Product manager in Medtech in ADVIN

Company: VRNOW LAB is a medtech company in the ADVIN GLOBAL ecosystem, which is engaged in the development of medical technologies and products using AR \ VR solutions.

Products:VRNOW is a medical VR simulator for the rehabilitation of patients with phantom pains, amputations and disorders musculoskeletal system. Other products of the company, in particular in the field of ophthalmology, post-stroke rehabilitation, Mental Health in development

Purpose of the role:  We are looking for a Product Manager who will take responsibility for the tactical management of the VRNOW product (an innovative rehabilitation VR solution that is already used in leading medical institutions of Ukraine and is preparing for scaling in the EU) and the strategic development of other company products in in this field.

Main responsibilities:

• Formation of the product development vision and Roadmap
• Definition of goals, success metrics and their coordination with the team, investors, hospitals and other stakeholders
• Study of the needs of doctors, patients, clinics, government structures and of business partners
• Generation of ideas for improvement, transformation or creation of new products
• Formation, prioritization and updating of the backlog
• Cooperation with IT, Production, Support departments, scientists and consultants
• Writing and support of user stories, including feedback from rehabilitators
• Making changes to the backlog in accordance with feedback, technological trends and new data
• Setting tasks for the development team (functional, UI/UX, 3D, analytical)
• Participation in sprint planning, providing feedback
• Functional testing, acceptance or rejection of sprint results
• Interaction with contractors on hardware/software improvement
• Communication with doctors, rehabilitation specialists, by clinic managers, partners
• Presentation of development results
• Optional participation in exhibitions, demo sessions in offices and hospitals (taking into account security risks)
• Analysis of user metrics, behavioral scenarios, feedback from hospitals
• Monitoring of competitors, medical VR market, trends
• Generation of new ideas for VR simulators, scenarios, functionality

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of Product Owner or Project Manager from 2 years (in VR/HealthTech is an advantage)
• Deep understanding of agile approaches, backlog management, user-centric design
• Ability to work with hardware+software products
• Experience in writing user stories, testing, accepting sprints
• Strong analytical skills and empathy for the user
• Teamwork, initiative, the ability to conduct a dialogue with medical specialists
• Understanding the principles of VR technologies or a sincere desire to immerse yourself in this field
• Knowledge of the English language at the level B2

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge in the field of physicalrehabilitation, neurology orHealthTech
• Experience in AR/VR projects
• Experience of participation in international projects in the field of Medtech
