Run A/B tests to improve certain metrics. When you launch a product, you become almost a partner, because your motivation will be built around how successful the launch is. What qualities you cannot do without: Ability to dive into details .The ability to run tests and experiments correctly. We build everything on numbers, so any decisions will need to be shown and presented in relevant reports. Be ready to work for the result and take responsibility for it.
