Currently, we are planning to actively develop the B2B direction, for this we are gathering a strong team of specialists with the ambition to bring product to a radically different level - gain recognition in the industry, offer innovative approaches, active participation in exhibitions and conferences. We face tasks related to various certifications, obtaining licenses to operate in different countries, development and promotion of the brand, quality advantage over competitors, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and definition of product strategy according to the company's business goals
  • Study and analysis of trends and competitors in the iGaming market to ensure product competitiveness
  • Creation and management of product roadmap, definition functional and feature priorities
  • Managing the product life cycle from concept definition to product launch and support
  • Ensuring effective communication and interaction with the development team
  • Collection, analysis and documentation of user and business requirements to create a clear and effective product
  • Definition and tracking of key product performance indicators, data analysis to make effective decisions
  • Consideration and implementation of requirements, standards that regulate work in iGaming
  • Communication with customers, internal teams, partners and other stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and successful operation of the product
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar position
    • Experience in the iGaming industry
    • Confident in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana
    • Deep understanding of software development processes and ability to correctly structure and document requirements
    • Knowledge of various product development methodologies and experience managing product roadmaps
    • Ability to collect and analyze requirements from customers, inclincluding technical implementation
    • Ability to conduct competitor and market analysis, research user needs and formulate product strategy
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
    • Understanding validation practices hypotheses and theories.
    • Knowledge of English at the B2+ level

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience working with B2B product will be a big advantage
    • Passing certifications such as GLI, eCOGRA, ISO/IEC 27001, MGA, UKGC etc
