Future responsibilities: —Participation in the development of the product's product strategy; — Conducting marketing research and analysis of competitors to understand trends and growth opportunities; —Management of the road map, aiming to achieve leading market indicators; —Monitoring product performance and key performance indicators, identifying and using all opportunities to improve the product; —Managing, tracking and approving changes to your product portfolio, taking full responsibility for the entire process; —Efficiency analysis, development of cases, prioritization and control of team tasks in accordance with the product strategy; —Creating the best UI/UX solutions for site users; —Planning and replenishment of releases; — Creation of technical requirements for the product, which are easily assimilated and fully understood by development teams; —Monitoring performance, providing information and recommendations on improving technology, user experience, and marketing. Our expectations: —Commercial experience in the position of Product Manager from 3 years; — Mandatory experience of working with the Gambling domain; — Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills; —Experience in product life cycle management; — Predominant experience in software development and program management; — Ability to solve problems; — Ability to quickly adapt to changes; — Proactivity and attention to detail; — The ability to convince, position yourself, and organize a team.
