Future responsibilities:

- Participating in product strategy development;
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and growth opportunities;
- Roadmap management, in order to achieve leading indicators on the market;
- Monitoring product performance and key performance indicators, identifying and using all opportunities to improve the product;
- Managing, tracking and approving changes in its product portfolio, taking taking full responsibility throughout the entire process;
- Performance analysis, development of cases, prioritization and control of team tasks in accordance with the product strategy;
- Creation of the best UI/UX solutions for users in within the framework of the site;
- Planning and filling releases;
- Creation of technical requirements for the product that are easily assimilated and fully understood by development teams;
- Performance monitoring, providing information and recommendations for improvements in technology, user experience, and marketing.
Skills required:
- Commercial experience in the position of Product Manager from 3 years;
- Mandatory experience of working with the Gambling domain;
- Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
- Experience in product life cycle management;
- Preferred experience in software development and program management;
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes;
- Proactive and attentive to details;
- The ability to convince, persuade, and organize a team.
