🚀 Product Manager

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Development and Implementation: You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining its goals and KPIs, and developing a plan to achieve them.
• Market and Competitor Research: You will continuously monitor trends, study user needs, and analyze competitor actions to keep your product one step ahead.
• Product Roadmap Creation: You will plan product development, prioritize features, and collaborate with the development team to implement them.
• Data Collection and Analysis: You will use user and performance data to make informed product development decisions.
• Team Collaboration: You will work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and other team members to ensure product success.

🔍 Tasks:

• Identify growth points in CJ by testing product hypotheses;;
• Analyze target audience needs;
• Study trends, innovative technologies, and implement them into the product;
• Set tasks for developers and control their execution;
• Communicate with related departments..

🔍 Your Profile:

• Experience as a Product Manager in gambling (from 2 years).
• Deep knowledge of product and business analytics.
• Knowledge of team working processes (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desired experience with the Soft Swiss platform.
• Experience with TIER 1 geo.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate the team..
• Ability to clearly and concisely formulate their thoughts and ideas.
