Become part of a team in a fast-growing and evolving environment, where you will be able to improve your skills and acquire new ones!Future responsibilities: —Participate in product strategy development;—Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and growth opportunities;—Manage the roadmap to achieve leading performance on the market;—Monitoring product performance and key performance indicators, identifying and using all opportunities to improve the product;—Managing, tracking and approving changes to its product portfolio, taking full responsibility for the entire process;—Analyzing performance, developing cases, prioritizing and monitoring the team's performance of tasks in accordance with the product strategies;—Creating the best UI/UX solutions for users of the site;—Planning and completing releases;—Creating technical requirements for the product that are easily assimilated and fully understood by development teams;—Monitoring performance, providing information and recommendations on improving technology, user experience, and marketing. Our expectations: —Commercial experience in the position of Product Manager from 3 years;—Mandatory experience of working with the Gambling domain;—Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills;—Experience in product life cycle management;—Preferred experience in software development and program management;— The ability to solve problems;—The ability to quickly adapt to changes;—Proactiveness and attention to detail;—The ability to convince, position oneself, and organize a team.
