To start cooperation with us, it is important: from 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar position; user journey development and optimization skills; ability to make decisions based on product metrics analysis; experience with Google Workspace: Spreadsheets, Docs, Looker; understanding of the principles of html, css, php, ci/ cd, as well as UI/UX; experience working with analytical resources: GA, Clarity, TDS Keitaro and others; knowledge and ability to use tools for conducting split tests; experience analyzing market trends and consumer behavior; excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in command of the English language at the Intermediate level and above. It will be a plus: understanding of monetization methods in online affiliate marketing; experience with WordPress; understanding of technical SEO and content marketing. The Product Manager in our team will deal with the following tasks: development and implementation of the product strategy of the project conducting user needs research and determining the pool of user needs and analyzing the results of the research; building User Journey and User Flow, as well as Mindmap and MVP (Minimum Viable Product), MLP (Minimum Lovable Product); development of TK for the implementation of new functionality; approval of the development plan with the determination of the necessary resources and its implementation; construction of conversion funnels; evaluation of results and scaling of successful solutions; analysis of project data and construction of predictive models; regular reporting on the status of the product.
