Product Manager (Fulfillment) in Nova poshta

Main duties:

• Formation and development of the "Shipping from Fulfillment" product over a 6-12 month horizon (B2B, B2C, Domestic / International).
• Manage the full Discovery > Delivery > Launch cycle for the fulfillment direction.
• Analysis of customer needs, warehouse operational processes and bottlenecks.
• Interaction with operations, IT, UX/UI, finance and commercial teams.
• Responsibility for key metrics: fulfillment revenue, number of orders, SLA order-to-ship, error %, on-time dispatch, CSI.
• Initiate releases, pilots, testing and process improvements.
• Prepare and defend product initiatives to management.

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Product Manager (logistics, e-commerce, fulfillment).
• Understanding of fulfillment processes.
• Experience with WMS / OMS / ERP or e-commerce integrations.
• Ability to work with operational and financial metrics.
• Experience in forming a roadmap, backlog, prioritization.
• Strong skills of cross-functional interaction and systems thinking.
