Main responsibilities:

• Market research transportation and services for exporters
• Analysis of competitors (local and international)
• Formation of vision, value proposition and long-term strategy of product development
• Product roadmap creation and management
• Formation of requirements for IT solutions, setting tasks for business analysts and developers
• Testing hypotheses, launching MVP and new services
• Interaction with internal teams: logistics, sales, customer service, finance, IT, legal department
• Building partnerships with international carriers and marketplaces
• Presentation of products and new services for partners, customers and internal teams

Expectations from the candidate:

Professional skills:

• Work experience from 3 years in the field of logistics, freight or international transportation
• Experience as a product manager, business analyst or logistics product/service development manager
• Deep understanding of international transportation processes (sea, air, car, railway)
• KnowledgeIncoterms, customs procedures, transport documents (CMR, AWB, B/L)

• Knowledge of product management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Lean

• Experience of working with BI systems (Power BI, Google Data Studio), CRM, ERP. none">
