Product Manager (FORMA) in Universe Group (Genesis)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join the team. You will work with the PDF Guru white web product in the US and European markets in a large and promising niche that makes people's lives easier. We have ambitious plans and a goal to become a Unicorn in 5 years. That is why we need one more Product Manager to join the team, who, having secured the support of the marketing and technical teams, will focus on product development — improving its financial and product metrics. Our future colleague in this role is a result-oriented Product Manager, who is ready to dive deep into analytics, generate new hypotheses and bring them to life. Your future tasks: - Analyzing competitors and finding insights into market changes. - Finding insights into key product analytics .- Formation of backlog and prioritization of tasks.- Conducting product experiments to increase product metrics.- Preparation and transfer of TK to development.- Formation of product roadmap together with the product team.- Interaction with analyst, designer, marketing and technical teams. We expect that you:- You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Product Manager.- You are well-versed in product metrics, their interrelationships and know how to calculate unit economics.- Conducted market and competitor research.- On “you” with analytics: you understand the basics of statistics, probability theory and statistical significance of events.- You have experience with analytics or data visualization tools (for example, Amplitude or Tableau).- You have conducted A/B testing.- You have the following superpowers: logical thinking, systematic approach and structure.- You understand user engagement , product marketing and principles of work of a team of web developers. It will be an advantage: - Experience as a Data or Product Analyst. - Knowledge of SQL. - Experience with launching new products.
