Key responsibilities: —Develop and implement product development strategies inthe field oftraffic arbitrage. —Conduct research and analyze the market. —Products creation: define the target audience, develop the site/app, launch with the marketing team, analyse the results. —Work with search traffic, Android, IOS, PWA applications. —Manage ateam ofdevelopers and designers. —Control the budget and KPIs. —Analyze KPI metrics and optimize thr products funnels. Key requirements: —2+years ofexperience intraffic arbitrage inthe Dating &Gambling &Сasino industries. —Experience inworking with traffic trackers &MMPs (Keitaro, Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.)—Experience inA/B testing —Successful experience indeveloping and implementing product strategies. —Knowledge ofthe principles ofGoogle advertising campaigns —Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager. —Understanding Google Ads Policy —Experience inPWA applications. —Excellent analytical and communication skills. —Ability towork independently and aspart ofateam. —Stress resistance, creativity, and systematic thinking.
