expectations:work experience in banking or other financial institutions - from 5 years;
knowledge of B2B financial and payment products;
basic knowledge in the field of client-bank technologies, API, processing operations;
confident user of MS Office; knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Power BI, etc.
development and prioritization of business requirements for products, taking into account the needs of customers (US and FOP);
management of the full life cycle of products for S&P and FOP;
interaction with stakeholders and architecture, design and marketing teams;
coordination of technological refinements of products for FOP and S&O and maintaining a backlog of tasks by products;
testing of the developed functionality;
development and implementation of product standards, instructions, technological maps for customers;
development of materials for the creation of training programs for the Company's employees on products/services for clients (UO and FOP);
monitoring product performance metrics for business?customers;
forming proposals for product development and improvement.
