Currently we are seeking Product Manager who will work with FinTech MVPs/products for European markets and contribute to their growth and business efficiency. You will communicate directly with the Business Owner and Development team. It's a great opportunity to grow fast in all the possible aspects. Responsibilities develop product strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision maintain the product roadmap, outlining features and proposing improvements to drive business growth collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, design, marketing to ensure successful and timely product delivery collaborate with marketing and operations teams on "packing" the MVPs/products and getting them ready for investment opportunities and market launch full support of the market launch of the product engaging and managing contractors for specific tasks on product development and promotion if needed Requirements 3+ years experience with IT products in international finance (banking, payment systems, fintech apps, crypto) in a role of Product Manager/ Product Owner/ Project Manager deep understanding of products in the niche of finance internationally (integration platforms, payment systems, applications etc.) strong critical thinking and analytical skills experience in collaboration on building marketing strategies for products understanding of product analytics Upper-Intermediate English or higher, communicative Polish and Ukrainian will be a plus Nice to have experience with creating and testing the hypothesis experience with product analytics work experience with B2C products Working conditions Type of employment: B2B (open to discuss different types) 20 days of vacation and 5 additional payed sick leave days per year We are working in hybrid work from our office located in Warsaw (open to discuss remote work opportunities) Challenges and professional development in a FinTech industry startup
