Our team consists of 90-100 talented professionals, and we are now looking to expand by bringing on our first Product Manager in Europe who has at least 4 years of experience. This role is crucial in driving our presales process and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products for our clients.

Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both the presales phase and the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, conducting thorough domain and requirement analyses, asking insightful questions, and preparing prototypes. Once the client is onboarded, you will help shape their business vision into a clear product vision and strategy. Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Designers, and other stakeholders, you will guide the product from concept to delivery, ensuring it meets market demands and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze initial client requests and conduct domain research to understand requirements.
• Prepare prototypes, conduct various researches, and ask pertinent questions to clarify client needs.
• Create a clear product vision and strategy post-client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Designers on UI/UX aspects and necessary documentation.
• Establish and manage projects using Agile methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and negotiating requirements.
• Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Gather, analyze, standardize, and prioritize various requirements.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders, understanding and addressing their priorities and concerns.
• Drive product evolution and innovation by constantly analyzing market needs and opportunities.
• Define and document product functionalities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs and opportunities.
• Define and articulate the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and milestones.
• Possess strong UX knowledge and the ability to work across multiple projects.
• Ensure successful delivery of web and mobile development projects across different domains.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and/or Project Manager.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in change management and effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for gathering, standardizing,and prioritizing requirements.
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to define and document product functionalities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong UX knowledge and experience in web and mobile development.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in different domains is a plus.
