 Your areas of responsibility:

• Launch, development and updating of digital products: website, mobile application, chatbot;
• Formation of technical tasks and coordination of development teams (internal and external);
• Analysis of the market, competitors and sales dynamics in digital channels;
• Communication with members of project teams of various functions;
• Organization of the launch of electronic services with partners and contractors;
• Control of the work of acquiring companies:
• Analysis of customer inquiries regarding digital channels and optimization of their experience; 

Key skills:

• Development management of digital products and the development team;
• Formation of technical tasks and effective organization of processes;
• Analytical thinking, ability to systematize and prioritize;
• Strong communication skills (oral and written);
• High self-organization, responsibility, proactivity and stress resistance;
