Our client, an international manufacturing company, is looking for a Product Manager (E-commerce) who will be responsible for product development, marketing initiatives and sales growth in the e-commerce channel, ensuring high profitability and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in the development and evaluation of marketing strategies in order to achieve maximum profit, increase market share and maintain a high level customer satisfaction.
Researching the effectiveness of marketing programs and advertising campaigns.
Monitoring key indicators and preparing reports for management.
Managing product and marketing tools to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
Building and developing long-term relationships with key customers.
Planning and implementation of budgets for consumer promotional activities and Brand Activation initiatives.
Close interaction with internal brand teams (Global / Europe / Local), marketing and key account teams.
Requirements for the candidate:
High level of analytical skills and confident command of computer programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.).
Experience of managing or leading a marketing team in a consumer-oriented company.
Experience of building long-term and effective business relationships at various levels.
Deep knowledge of brand management and marketing processes, confirmed by successful cases.
Experience of working with multi-channel sales and understanding shopper understanding.
English - B1+.
