Main tasks

• Development and implementation of brand development strategy in the dermatology portfolio for the Ukrainian market
• Identification of new opportunities and product launches in dermatology
• Analysis of the market, trends, competitive environment
• Planning and management marketing campaigns (digital, trade, field support)
• Creation of promotional materials and educational content for medical representatives
• Participation in professional conferences, forums and marketing activations
• Close cooperation with the sales department
• Control of the effectiveness of activities, preparation of analytical reports
• Management of the marketing budget within responsibilities

Our candidate::

• You have a higher education (marketing, management, pharmacy, medicine - an advantage)
• Worked as a product manager or brand manager in the pharmaceutical business for 2 years, an advantage - dermatology
• You have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies / drug launches
• You understand treatment protocols and the specifics of communication with doctors (preferably in dermatology)
• You have analytical thinking and a strategic vision
• You are comfortable working in a digital environment (CRM, BI, digital marketing)
• You like initiative, creativity and non-standard approaches
