Product manager (Crypto) abroad We are an iGaming company founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, more than 900 people work in our team. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands operating in Tier 1-3 Ukraine. In connection with the launch of a new product — crypto casino, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager. As a price direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in the launch of a product from scratch, enjoying all the advantages of a startup within the framework of an existing company. Requirements: —Experience in the role of Product Manager in crypto casino from 2 years, general commercial from 4 years —Analytical abilities and good understanding of crypto casino specifics, including knowledge of game mechanics, bonus systems and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/ Rate)—Skills of A/B analysis, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI —Experience and understanding of UX/UI design —Perfect knowledge of the market and competitors —Experience of launching the basic minimal functionality of a crypto casino (tokenomics, NFT, converters, transactions)—Experience in management product, including development of roadmaps, design management and successful project launches. —Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics and create reports. —High communication and interpersonal skills for successful cooperation with the team and interested parties. Responsibilities: —Choosing a platform to launch the project. — Development of the product road map. — Creation of product design. — Development of bonus policy, including loyalty programs. — Development of communication strategies together with the CRM department. —Creation of a token of the listing product (ICO). — Development of the VIP club program together with the VIP department.
