Product manager (Crypto) in Pro Gaming Software, LTD

We are an iGaming company founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, more than 900 people work in our team. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands operating in Ukraine at level 1-3. In connection with the launch of a new product — crypto casino, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager. As the price direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in the launch of a product from scratch, enjoying all the advantages of a startup within the framework of an existing company. Requirements: —Experience in the role of Product Manager in crypto casino from 2 years, general commercial from 4 years—Analytical abilities and strong understanding of the specifics of crypto casino, including knowledge game mechanics, industry trend bonus systems (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate)—A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI—Experience and understanding of UX/UI design—Proficient competitive market knowledge—Experience in launching a crypto casino core minimum functionality (tokenomics, NFT, converters, transactions)—Experience in product management, including development of roadmaps, design management, and successful project launches.—Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and generate reports.—Advanced skills communication and interpersonal communication for successful cooperation with the team and interested parties. Responsibilities: —Choosing a platform to launch the project.—Developing a product roadmap.—Creating a product design.—Developing a bonus policy, including loyalty programs.—Developing communication strategies together with the CRM department.— Creation of a token for a listing product (ICO).—Development of a VIP club program together with the VIP department. — The opportunity to participate in the company's internal events. — Product demos and soft skills development training. — Absence of micro-management, speed of decision-making. You have the opportunity to create strategic product management, planning and control of development, creation, monitoring and optimization of the user journey. In addition, your analytical skills, product management experience, gaming industry experience, team leadership and practical communication skills will be essential to the success of this position.
