Product manager (cosmetology) in Pro Pharma

The pharmaceutical company "Pro-Pharma" invites you to take part in the competition for the vacant position of Product Manager of the Beauty (Cosmetology) sector, working with the care line of the Skeyndor brand product. Who we are looking for: Higher education (priority — medical, pharmaceutical); Desired work experience in in the cosmetology segment, knowledge of the cosmetology market; Experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical business or FMCG for at least 1 year; Experience in bringing products/brands to the market will be an advantage; Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above is desirable; Communication, creative and analytical skills at a high professional level; Ability to work in multitasking mode. What needs to be done: Positioning, market and competitor analysis; Development of a strategy for the promotion of trusted brands in the Beauty market; Development of POS materials, writing campaign books; Development of promotional offers; Sales planning; Budget planning , control and coordination of marketing expenses; Organization and control of marketing events; Writing communication tasks, training a team of Managers for work with clients.
