Hello! We are CRUMB, a brand of Ukrainian care cosmetics, responsible for the bright saturation of the daily routine. The main mission of the brand is to fill physically and emotionally through juicy colors and aromas. For us, quality is the basis, so only the best components that have European certification are used in the composition. Our goal is to build a strong, well-known cosmetics brand in Ukraine. We are currently planning the launch of a new cosmetic product and are therefore actively looking for a manager in the team who will adequately lead this direction. We greatly appreciate inspired, sincere, responsible people who are interested in development and a comfortable working atmosphere. What tasks will be in front of you: Control of product creation from scratch to launch; Compilation of technical specifications together with the technologist and CEO; Compilation and coordination of the timing plan; Budgeting; Communication with all divisions of the company — technologists and production, marketing and management; Search for suppliers for the production of packaging and order organization (textiles, printing, packaging, boxes, etc.); Coordination of the test group (questionnaires, analysis of received information, test results); Communication with marketing department for promotions and launches. What we expect from you: Successful product launch experience (cosmetic product launch experience is an advantage); Understanding of product launch processes from idea to release; demand and supply), as well as the target audience; Responsibility, attention to detail, scrupulousness; Communication and leadership skills; Having a laptop/computer for work; Living in Kyiv will be an advantage.
