We’re searching for a Product Manager to join our team. Do you meet the requirements below?
1. Experience in Fintech Industry: The candidate should have a solid background in the fintech or marketing domains, preferably with experience working on products related to banking, payments, lending, or financial technology solutions.
2. Product Management Experience: A proven track record of successful product management, including experience in developing and launching fintech products from ideation to market release.
3. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders in the development and execution of product strategies.
4. Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and articulating a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and market trends.
5. Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify market opportunities and drive product improvements.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, derive insights, and make informed decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.
7. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of technology fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
8. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate product strategies, priorities, and updates to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
9. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and adapt to changing market dynamics while maintaining focus on delivering valueto customers.
10. Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
11. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute product initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
12. Collaborative Attitude: Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement among team members.
13. Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, with additional certifications or advanced degrees being a plus.
14. 5 years experience in Product management/ Business analyst position.
