Product manager (communication) in Nova poshta, TOV

We offer: Official employment, "white" wages, paid holidays, sick leave, business trips; Medical insurance, life insurance; Friendly team ;Opportunity for career growth.Main responsibilities:Development of "Communications" products - a product for business clients to promote their products and services using advertising opportunities of New Mail;Development of product concepts, protection and verification;Project work on product implementation; Participation in the development of processes, approval of business and organizational and legal work of the product in the company; Customer testing, assessment of product satisfaction (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map (Service Design methodology); Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal materials (instructions, rules, etc.) and educational materials (including participation in the formation of commercial proposals); Analysis of commercial product indicators; Participation in negotiations with business clients on connecting products; Participation in the formation of a strategy for product promotion and product sales. Candidate requirements: Experience in the market services, knowledge of the main market players; Work experience in the position of product manager/product owner/brand manager from 1 year; Confident project work skills (launch of new products); IT skills (description of business requirements for changes, SCRUM work, knowledge of JIRA , testing the operation of information systems and client processes); Marketing skills (business orientation, mastery of communication tools with clients: Service design, NPS, CSI, focus groups, conducting business interviews, webinars); Experience in the field of services (financial technical companies/banks, telecommunications, online retail, IT); Availability of a portfolio of launched products/projects.
