We are 19 years old - we work in the market since 2005, from the opening of one of the largest paintball clubs in Ukraine to the creation of a company with the largest portfolio of unique industry products in the world.
Today our equipment is used in more than 2,000 businesses in more than 80 countries around the world.

We have a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic circuit board assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales managers. 25% of the company works remotely in 10 countries. We are currently looking for our great team, Product Manager.
Our ideal candidate:
Work experience of 1-2 years in a similar position or RM, (experience in sales or marketing will be a plus);
Experience of successfully launching a product/strategy on the international market, improving existing products, which is confirmed by numbers;
Proficiency in English at the Pre-Intermediate level;
Strong leadership qualities and desire to develop within the company;
Has an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude;
High level of self-organization, strategic and structured thinking;
What tasks await you:
Conduct the process of regular marketing market research and analysis of competitors;
Creation and prioritization, hypothesis testing for new feature implementation and backlog management;
Creation of road maps, development and implementation of projects and coordination of the necessary technical and human resources for their implementation;
Interviewing current customers and potential partners regarding the company's products, to determine the key areas of their development;
Evaluate the effectiveness of each implemented change;
All decisions should be based on numbers and have a well-structured and accessible history;
Be the link between development teams and production, and work closely with marketing to properly highlight important updates and product strengths;
Creation of Product Vision and Product Update for updating existing products and developing new ones;
Create, maintain and update product management processes.

2. HR Interview - We will invite you to an interview to learn more about your experience and skills and to talk more about the team, usually 1 hour.
