Requirements for the candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in the position of Product Owner/Product Manager, experience in launching, management or development of a personal account for the Client;
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and negotiation experience;
- Practical experience in consolidating and prioritizing requirements from various sources, attention to detail, ability to effectively collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
- Analytical skills, understanding of key product and business metrics;
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (GA4, Hotjar, Tableau), Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira);
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development process, ability to switch from Agile frameworks to classic product management methods and vice versa.
