Product Manager (business office) in Nova poshta Ukrayina

Main duties:

• Development of the "Business Cabinet" product, the area of ​​responsibility is the development of a personal cabinet for the Client;
• Creation, improvement and support of the product, taking into account the Company's strategy;
• Making strategic decisions regarding the functionality and directions of product development ;
• Communication with related departments, resolution of priority conflicts;
• Product RoadMap management, formation and management of backlog and CJM;
• Formation of user stories, use cases , requirements, specifications and documentation;
• Setting and monitoring the execution of tasks;
• Conducting A/B testing, working with RFM-segmentation;
• Improving UX/UI in your area of ​​responsibility;
• Improving product/business metrics;
• Regular monitoring of competitor products with the aim of identifying their competitive advantages and forming your own;
• Monitoring product indicators , conversion improvement.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in the position of Product Owner/Product Manager, work experience from launching, managing or developing a personal account for the Client;
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and negotiation experience;
• Practical experience in consolidating and prioritizing requirements from various sources, attention to details, the ability to effectively collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
• Analytical skills, understanding of key product and business metrics;
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (GA4, Hotjar, Tableau), Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira);
• Experience of working within the Agile/Scrum framework of the development process, the ability to switch from Agile frameworks to classic product management methods and vice versa.
