Main duties:

  • Formation and development of the product "Receive and send in branches" for S2C customers over a 6-12 month horizon.
  • Responsibilities for end-to-end customer experience in branches: arrival > registration > waiting > issuing / receiving > after-service.
  • Managing the full cycle of Discovery > Delivery > Launch for branch services.
  • Analysis of customer needs, operational processes in branches, queues, bottlenecks and support requests.
  • Benchmarking and analysis of competitors and alternative channels (postmats, PUDO, Courier, Offline Retail).
  • Work closely with Branch Operations, IT, UX/UI, Finance, and Learning divisions.
  • Responsible for Branch Product Financial and Product Metrics: Revenue and Revenue per Branch / Customer; the number of shipments and receipts; average check; average service time; % of operations without errors; service SLA; CSI / NPS; WISMO.
  • Launching pilots and experiments (new scenarios, digital solutions in departments, A/B tests).
  • Preparation and defense of product initiatives to management and key stakeholders.
  • Post-lease analysis, gathering insights from operational teams and customers.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Product Manager (digital products or physical services).
  • Practical experience with customer flows (CJM, user flows) and their optimization.
  • Understanding last-mile logistics or services with physical points of interaction (departments, PUDO, retail, delivery).
  • Experience of working with product analytics: KPI, funnels, cohorts, conversion, SLA.
  • Ability to form user stories, acceptance criteria, work with product backlog.
  • Experience of cross-functional interaction with IT, UX/UI, operational and support teams.
  • Confident command Jira / Confluence.
  • Systems thinking, focus on customer experience and measurable results.
