Project stack: Bitcoin script, Ordinals, AWS, ReactJS Team onthe project: Frontend, Bitcoin Developer, Bitcoin architect, 2xDevOps, PM, Designer, Layout Developer, QA Requirements: • 5+years ofexperience inproduct management, working with cross-functional teams todeliver consistent, reliable shipping momentum • 3+years ofexperience inDeFi space • Deep knowledge ofDeFi, crypto communities, and knowledge oftraditional finance products. • Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability tobalance multiple priorities • Strategic inoutlook yet detailed inexecution, balancing broad vision with precision indetail • Skilled ininterpersonal relations, adept atnavigating interactions with awide spectrum ofpersonalities • Upper-Intermediate orhigher proficiency inEnglish Responsibilities: Strategic Product Leadership: • Define and drive the short-term and long-term product strategy for decentralized exchange (DeX) platforms, aligning with business objective • Develop and maintain adetailed product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based onuser needs, market trends, and technical feasibility Product Development and Delivery: • Gather and synthesize user needs and feedback through frequent research and testing todefine detailed product requirements for DeFi financial products • Coordinate with the engineering team toensure the feasibility and timely execution ofproducts, from inception through launch • Build and utilize data-driven models toanalyze financial product performance, risk, and market viability Process and Documentation Management: • Develop and refine product management processes and documentation toeducate both users and internal stakeholders onproduct changes, features, and functionality • Lead the creation ofuser stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives • Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring all products meet rigorous testing standards before release Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: • Maintain continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including tech leadership, developers, and community members such asSet Protocol, Index Coop DAO, and the Set community • Facilitate communication across teams toensure alignment, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations throughout the product delivery process Quality Assurance and Risk Management: • Oversee manual testing ofDeXproducts, smart contracts, and DApps, ensuring all development work isdev-tested, merge-ready, and coordinated with relevant stakeholders for release cycles • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, and implement corrective actions tomitigate impact • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Measure and monitor progress toensure releases are delivered ontime, within budget, and exceed performance standards • Continuously guide and improve process controls within the development team, aligning efforts with other product owners and contributing tothe broader product domain toenhance the organization’s capacity for delivering reliable, high-quality products What weoffer: • Flexible working format (remote, office, ormix)• Flexible working hours • Informal and friendly atmosphere • The ability tofocus onyour work: alack ofbureaucracy and micromanagement • 20paid vacation days • 7paid sick leaves • Education reimbursement • Free English classes • Psychologist consultations Recruitment process: Recruitment interview— Technical interview— Final interview
