We are looking for our first Product Manager with proven experience in the field of B2C e-commerce and successful implementation of initiatives aimed at business growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive in his work, have the ability to highlight the most important needs of users, work effectively with data and be able to manage a team in conditions of intense work pace and limited resources to achieve the set goals. What will be your main tasks: Be responsible for the P&L B2C e- commerce business of the company and ensuring its effective operational activity. Development and implementation of product strategy by drawing the needs of users, competitive environment and strategic goals of the company. Formation of goals and key results within the framework of the OKR process to ensure the growth of the B2C e-commerce business of the company. Development of a strategic and tactical product roadmap by drawing the strategic goals of the company and needs customers. Defining and tracking key metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of product strategies and measuring the results of implemented initiatives and experiments. Cooperation with key company teams, including marketing, finance, production, sales and engineering (outsource), to determine the requirements for digital and non-digital company products and develop strategies for their market entry .Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and their problems in order to effectively influence the development of the company's digital and non-digital products.Using insights about customers and the market situation to influence the company's development strategy.Constant monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify new trends and customer needs.Coordination of work Performance Marketing specialist and Site Operations manager. What you need to join today: 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on the development of B2C e-commerce direction. Proven success in ensuring business growth through the use of various traffic sources to attract new users, optimizing the user experience experience, influencing retention indicators of existing users. High analytical skills and experience in using data from Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Search Console, etc) to make decisions about the product and optimize its performance. Understanding of Performance Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Understanding of SEO optimization principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working withfamiliar teams, including marketing and engineering. English language level B1+. It will be an additional plus: Experience working with Performance Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). Experience working on SEO site optimization.
