Our product is wild but cool specialty coffee, which we independently find from farmers all over the world, deliver to Ukraine and reveal it to the full. Who are we looking for? We are looking for our first Product Manager with proven experience in the field of B2C e-commerce and successful implementation of initiatives aimed at business growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive in his work, have the ability to identify the most important needs of users, work effectively in a team and manage a team in conditions of an intense pace of work and limited resources to achieve the set goals. What will be your main tasks: Be responsible for the company's P&L B2C e-commerce business and ensure its effective operational activities. Development and implementation of the product strategy by drawing on the needs of users, the competitive environment and the company's strategic goals. Formation of goals and key results within the framework of the OCR process to ensure the growth of the company's B2C e-commerce business. Development of a strategic and tactical product roadmap based on the company's strategic goals and customer needs. Defining and tracking key metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of product strategies and measuring the results of implemented initiatives and experiments. Cooperation with the company's key teams, including marketing, finance, production, sales and engineering (outsource), to determine the requirements for the company's digital and non-digital products and develop strategies for their market entry. Development and maintenance of a deep understanding of customer needs, their problems, in order to effectively influence the development of the company's digital and non-digital products. Using insights about customers and the market situation to influence the company's development strategy. Constant monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify new trends and customer needs. Coordination of the work of Performance Marketing specialist and Site Operations manager. What you need to join today: 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on the development of B2C e-commerce direction. Proven success in ensuring business growth through the use of various traffic sources to attract new users, optimizing the user experience, and influencing the retention of existing users. High analytical skills and experience in using data from Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Search Console, etc) to make decisions about the product and optimize its performance. Understanding of Performance Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). Experience in conducting user research usability testing. Understanding the principles of SEO optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to clearly express complex concepts as technicalthem and other technical stakeholders. Experience working in different teams, including marketing and engineering. English language level B1+. It will be an additional plus: Experience with Performance Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). Experience in SEO site optimization.
