The ability to work autonomously and remotely in a global team is essential for this position.Join us and help shape the future of AI!About the PositionIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:Collaborate closely with team members across Engineering & Tech, UX/UI Design, and Customer Success.Refine and execute the product strategy to continually develop product features.Own the roadmap across all product channels.Deliver value using agile and lean methods, emphasizing quick testing and validation of ideas.ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance: Implement robust testing processes, including automation where possible, to ensure SAM’s reliability. Identify and address issues early to minimize delays.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep project timelines intact.Project Planning and Roadmap: Create a detailed project plan with clear milestones and timelines. Monitor progress closely to stay on track.Streamlining Workflow: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development process. Implement best practices for smoother cycles.Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines efficiently. Manage capacity and workload distribution effectively.Release Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define release goals, prioritize features, and establish release timelines based on market needs and business objectives.About YouWhile it is an individual contributor role, You thrive on being the linchpin of a team and exude motivation, positivity, and a customer-centric mindset. With a track record of scaling SaaS products to success, you bring years of experience in product roles within B2B SaaS environments.
