Key tasks of the position: Study of the laboratory market (B2B) and analysis of customer needs in order to improve the product (taking into account the company's strategy). Sales monitoring and data analysis to identify trends and determine the optimal business offer for each segment of the B2B market. Making strategic decisions regarding the functionality and directions of product development. Improving product/business metrics, channel profitability. Regular monitoring of competitor products in order to identify their competitive advantages and form their own. Monitoring of product indicators, improvement of conversion. Creation and implementation of a long-term strategy B2B customer relations (private medical centers, insurance companies, non-medical companies). Our expectations from the candidate: From 2 years of experience in the position of Product Owner/Product Manager. Excellent communication skills and experience in negotiations. Experience in cross-functional interaction with teams from different departments. Analytical skills, understanding of key product and business metrics.
