Product manager (B2B) in Nova poshta

What need to do:

• Constant work with Product Owners;
• Compilation of a business roadmap from stakeholders ;
• Participation in team planning, task prioritization;
• Working with the Product Backlog;
• Working with contractors on setting and monitoring tasks;< /li>
• Ensuring communication between the business and the product team;
• Implementation of monitoring and analysis of product indicators, business metrics, with the aim of continuous product improvement and achievement of business goals;
• Description of the product for customers, conducting familiarization presentations of projects to key employees of the company, if necessary, preparing instructions for sales managers;
• Formation of hypotheses for product improvement;
• Participation in regulatory meetings, in internal projects companies;
• Collection of product performance requests from stakeholders, communication with stakeholders regarding the status of requests;

We expect from you:

• Experience of working in the organization of transportation and logistics in a similar position from 2 years;
• Experience of working with supply chains: transportation (FTL, LTL) in Ukraine and abroad , transport and forwarding services, customs services, warehouse logistics, distribution;
• Experience of working with foreign economic contracts, foreign suppliers, customs;
• Experience of working with IT services (websites, ERP, CRM, WMS systems, applications);
• Understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience in writing technical documentation;
• Experienced user of the MS Office package, work experience with Jira, Confluence (will be an advantage);
• Desirable experience with flow charting tools (Draw.io, Visio, etc.);
• English - Intermediate/Upper- Intermediate level
• Communication, ability to communicate with foreign partners, attention to details, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, ability to learn quickly, focus on quality results;
• Higher education (logistics, economics , technical);
