We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will help improve our product and results for customers, organize and structure processes between departments and control the production of content on TikTok

 Main tasks:

• Participate in the creation of strategies for clients - help, shape the vision of content, headings, directions
•  Assist the writing department and oversee the script development process so that future content works best and meets the client's goals
• Oversee content production: communicate with the shooting and editing departments.
• Check finished videos before publication to ensure they meet TOR and standards agencies.
• Control posting account managers so that content is published on time and correctly on client accounts
• Analyze client results and make decisions on next steps to improve them
• Maintain constant communication with clients and the team to keep all processes in sync
• Propose ideas for product improvement, participate in brainstorms and calls

 You are an ideal candidate if:

•  You have experience with TikTok / SMM / production or you understand how video content works.
• You can organize the process and bring the implementation to the end.
• You love TikTok and understand what "works" and what doesn't.
• You have good communication skills, proactive, responsible, creative, attentive to details.
• Experience as a project manager, producer, content manager or operations manager would be a plus

Terms:

•   Format: remote
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00
