In connection with the expansion and opening of a new position, we are looking for a Product manager (hospital segment, orphan diseases).

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing plans
• Development of the existing portfolio and introduction of new products
• Participation in ensuring the achievement of planned indicators for products
• Creation, implementation and control of promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Training and support on the products of company representatives
• Constant analysis and optimization of all promotion tools, as well as evaluation of their effectiveness
• Development, filling and optimization of tools for increasing the loyalty of patients and doctors (websites, mobile applications, ecosystems, external tools)

Requirements for the candidate for the position:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
• English - B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
• Presentation, analytical and communication skills
• Skills in creating marketing plans/strategies for product promotion.
• Skills in campaign planning, cost budgeting, product sales forecasting
• Successful cases of increasing audience awareness and increasing product sales.
• Willingness to manage processes and build them independently taking into account requirements of the company
• Advanced level of computer skills (MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
