Product manager at Pharm in ReproFarma, OOO

We are a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company that creates products to support reproductive health. We work at the intersection of science, evidence-based medicine and innovation, and we are currently looking for a specialist who combines a scientific approach, attention to detail and a sincere desire to influence the development of modern solutions.

Main tasks

• Scientific and research work with the company's products: analysis of clinical studies, evidence base, safety and effectiveness profile.
• Preparation of scientific and educational materials: presentations, trainings, promotional materials.
• Comparison of competitive products and the formation of clear scientific arguments regarding the advantages of our solutions.
• Support of the company's educational initiatives: participation in webinars, trainings, creation of materials for working with objections.
• Monitoring of modern scientific trends in reproductive, gynecological, urological and andrological areas.
• Cooperation with marketing, sales and others teams.
• Participation in building a marketing strategy and forming key messages for working with opinion leaders (KOL).

Candidate requirements

• Higher medical, pharmaceutical or biological education.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets.
• High self-organization, responsibility and interest in permanent professional development.
• Willingness to learn quickly and deepen expertise.
