PDFLiner is a modern solution for easy and efficient electronic document management. Our goal is to make doing business easier for self-employed entrepreneurs and small businesses by streamlining and automating work with documents. Our product allows you to simplify the interaction between contractors and customers in signing contracts, invoices, filling out tax reports.

We are looking for a clear and responsible Assistant Product Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a person with relevant experience who seeks professional growth and is ready to take on a variety of challenges to achieve a common product goal.

Hard Skills:

1. Relevant work experience from 1 year (Assistant, Operations Manager, Support Specialist).
2. Experience in user support.
3. Experience working with a product team (it will be a plus if you have already worked with developers).
4. Confident use of Google services and AI services in your work.
5. The level of English is not lower than B2.

Soft Skills:

1. Proactivity and initiative.
2. Extreme attention to detail.
3. Responsibility and organization.
4. Adaptability.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.

The team expects from you:

1. Providing support for our users.
2. Communications with users, partners, contractors, upon request.
3. Formation of requests for payment of expenses (contractors' work, fees for services for the work of the project and the team).
4. Configuration of data collection in analytics according to the instructions after product releases.
5. Conducting service research, upon request.
6. Description of tasks for performers, instructions, manuals.
7. Monitoring feedback about our product on platforms.
8. Filling and updating the knowledge base in Notion.
9. Participation in meetings and formation of clear follow-ups.

1. Fully flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
2. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy, Rivne, Varna). Offices are self-contained in the event of a power outage.
3. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
4. Paid vacation - 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
5. Compensation of 50% of professional training: courses, trainings, webinars, etc.
