Product Manager Assistant in Netpeak Group

PDFLiner is a modern solution for easy and effective electronic document management. Our goal is to make doing business easier for self-employed entrepreneurs and small businesses by streamlining and automating the work with documents. Our product allows you to simplify the interaction between contractors and customers in signing contracts, invoices, filling out tax reports. 

We are looking for a clear and responsible Assistant Product Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with relevant experience who is eager for professional growth and ready to take on a variety of challenges to achieve a common product goal.

Hard Skills:

1. Relevant work experience from 1 year (Assistant, Operations Manager, Support Specialist).
2. Experience in the field of user support.
3. Experience in working with product team (it will be a plus if you have already worked with developers).
4. Confident use of Google services and AI services in your work.
5. English language level not lower than B2 .

Soft Skills:

1. Proactivity and initiative.

The team expects from you:

1. Ensuring support for our users.
2. Communication with users, partners, contractors, upon request.
3. Formation of requests for payment of expenses (contractor work, fees for services for project and team work).
4. Setting up data collection in analytics according to the instructions after product releases.< /li>
5. Conducting service research, upon request.
6. Description of tasks for performers, instructions, manuals.
7. Monitoring feedback about our product on platforms.
8. Filling and updating the knowledge base in Notion.
9. Participating in meetings and forming clear follow-ups.

1. Fully flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00. 
2. The possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy, Rivne, Varna). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
