[product portfolio management, development and maintenance of assortment strategies, including optimization of sales margin, understanding the market and business processes related to sales margin, creating and coordinating pricing and margin policies within the product group ,, ongoing analysis of sales and margins, assessment of the effectiveness of undertaken activities, , analysis of market data and consumer trends in order to identify opportunities for margin growth, , creating new product implementations and development of existing products, , monitoring product performance indicators and taking corrective actions, , constant product improvement based on customer opinions and market trends, supervision over the product implementation process, close cooperation with the R&D Department in the field of product implementations, participation in industry events, conferences, fairs]
