The main requirements for the candidate: - Experience in the position of Product Manager, Business Developer (6 months +) - Mandatory experience in Affilate marketing, traffic arbitration, working with advertising agency accounts. It will be super cool if you have a network in the field of advertising platforms, providers - Ability to work with risks in advance, knowledge of the features of advertising traffic on the main advertising platforms - English from B1+, knowledge of Chinese will be a plus. - Ability to keep focus on many tasks at the same time - Ability to quickly adapt to changes in projects, test new strategies - Ability to work with CRM, task managers and Google tools. What you will need to do: - Communication with existing providers regarding work with advertising cabinets - Anticipate and eliminate potential risks in working with the provider (weekends, interruptions in work, closure of the provider or a certain direction with which it works).-Evaluation of the possibility of launching offers of customers, platforms and verticals.-Research and launch of our work in new verticals and niches.-Training of personnel in technical aspects (all updates) of working with platforms and platforms of providers.-Searching and starting work with a provider (researching the conditions of its work, starting work with it, researching the features of work, testing offers and verticals,training the staff to work with them, conveying the terms of compliance).-Development of the launch of new verticals and products at all existing and potential providers.-Timely warning of the team about potential risks and force majeure of the work of the provider or partner. customer questions, creating instructions and check sheets for work, so that the team can solve them independently in the future.-Ensuring the clarity and transparency of all technical processes (Trello, tables, manuals, etc.) .-Development of a clear system of internal compliance, its timely updating and staff training.
