Product Manager (Address service/Pickup) in Nova poshta

Main duties:

• Development of product services Address service/Pickup;
• Development of the courier service process: creation of a request for collection, call courier, SLA, statuses, routing;
• Cooperation with operational and logistics departments to improve the speed and quality of courier work (Pickup);
• Data analysis: pickup time, SLA Pickup, pickup refusals, cancellations, errors;
• Participation in optimizing freight flows and the load on couriers through digital solutions;
• Product life cycle management from idea to implementation (Ukrainian/European market);
• Market and competitor analysis;
• Participation in building strategy and product concept;
• Product Roadmap development and its implementation;
• Product backlog management, ability to prioritize tasks according to goals business;
• Assessment of product satisfaction (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map;
• Participation in conducting quantitative and qualitative research: in-depth interviews, surveys, identification of customer needs and "pains", forming product solutions and improvements based on the data received;
• Participation in launching A/B tests, UX studies, experiments.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in the position of Product Manager/Product Owner in the field of logistics or e-commerce;
• Understanding the logistics processes of parcel collection from the address (creating and processing pick-up requests, fulfilling SLAs, effectively building courier routes), experience with address service;
• Highly developed product management skills: strategic planning, development and implementation of Roadmap, product life cycle management;
• Experience in writing Business Requirements (Business Requirement Document);
• Confident command of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams using the Agile/Scrum approach;
• Analytical skills, ability to work with data and analyze customer feedback;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Knowledge of English at B1 level and above.
